Regarding fingerprinting questions,  in accordance to State law, you are to call your help desk.  Please do not leave messages as they will not be returned. 

Before you can be fingerprinted, you have to apply for your background check. If you have not applied,  please call the driver help desk number at 1-877-429-7746.  Once you have applied and have received your confirmation number, you are set up to be fingerprinted.  Our offices are open Monday through Friday 8am to 4:45 pm , no appointment is necessary.  We are located off Route 8 in Cuyahoga Falls.  Going North you will exit at Portage Trail and turn left, going South you will exit at 2nd Street, go to Portage Trail and turn right.   We are on the corner of Portage trail and 7th street.  We will be on the left, and downstairs in the Kelly Insurance Building across from Drug Mart.
